We are looking for a Supply Chain Administrator to support business supply chain, logistics and trade compliance operations. In addition, you will also provide administrative support to the Facilities and Office Team.

The Supply Chain Administrator must be flexible in their approach and be willing to adapt to meet the ever-changing needs of the business.

What you will be doing?

  • Administering and maintaining the Purchase Order system
  • Liaising with couriers and freight forwarders
  • Preparing customs paperwork, assigning HS codes and ensuring correct classification and valuation
  • Administering the NDA process
  • Maintaining supplier contract documentation
  • Administering the stock system and managing physical warehouse space and stock location data
  • Assisting with project logistics
  • Supporting with new capital asset acquisitions and routing of fixed asset transfer forms
  • Answering the mainline telephone, front door, emails and managing visitors of both Oval Medical Technologies Limited and Cambridge Pharma Limited
  • Meeting organisation and set up including the coordination of hospitality arrangements
  • Ad hoc calendar management
  • Issuing visitor and staff access cards
  • Managing and distributing incoming and outgoing post

What we are looking for?

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Highly accurate; attention to detail
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP a plus
  • Experience in a similar industry role would be an advantage
